General Questions
How can I get a MyoTape subscription?
When selecting your MyoTape product select the Subscribe & Save option below then 'Add to cart'.
How can I view or manage my subscription?
You can manage everything through your customer account portal - accessible via the link below. From there you can view upcoming orders, update details, snooze, skip a cycle, pause, or cancel.
What is included in the 90-day subscription?
Our 90-day subscription gives you continuous access to MyoTape for a full 90 days from the date of your first order. You will automatically receive your product without needing to reorder each time.
How does the 90-day subscription work?
Once you subscribe, your order is automatically processed every 90 days and payment is taken on the same cycle. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal so you are always in the know.

Our 180-day subscription gives you continuous access to MyoTape for a full 180 days from the date of your first order. You will automatically receive your product without needing to reorder each time.
How does the 180-day subscription work?
Once you subscribe, your order is automatically processed every 180 days and payment is taken on the same cycle. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal so you are always in the know.
Is a subscription cheaper than buying outright?
Yes. Subscribers receive an exclusive discounted rate compared to one-time purchases and get free shipping. Your discount is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active.
Can I try before committing to a subscription?
We recommend starting with a single 30 or 90-night supply to experience the full benefits of MyoTape before committing to a subscription.
Billing & Payments
When will I be charged?
Your first payment is taken at the time of your initial order. Subsequent payments are automatically processed every 90 or 180 days depending on your selection.
Will I receive a reminder before I am charged?
Yes. You will receive an email notification prior to your renewal date giving you time to make any changes. You can snooze, skip, pause or cancel if needed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment details are securely stored and managed through Shopify's encrypted payment system.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment is unsuccessful you will receive an email notification. You can update your payment details directly through your customer account portal. We will attempt to process the payment again automatically.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes. Log in to your customer account, navigate to your subscription, and update your payment details at any time before your next billing date.
Managing Your Subscription
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage everything through your customer account portal - accessible via the link below. From there you can view upcoming orders, update details, snooze, skip a cycle, pause, or cancel.
Can I reschedule a delivery?
Yes, if you need to reschedule your next cycle simply log in to your account and select the snooze option before your next renewal date.
Can I skip a delivery or billing cycle?
Yes, if you need to skip your next cycle simply log in to your account and select the skip option before your next renewal date.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription for a set period through your account portal. Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of your chosen pause period.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time through your customer account portal. We ask that cancellations are made before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
Can I change the product on my subscription?
Yes, log in to your account and edit your subscription to select a different product or size. Changes will be applied to your next order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Update your shipping address at any time through your customer account portal. Make sure changes are saved before your next order is processed.
Orders & Delivery
When will my first order arrive?
Your first order is processed immediately upon subscribing and will arrive within our standard delivery timeframe. This depends on your global location. You can view more in our Shipping Policy.
How will I know when my order has been placed?
You will receive an order confirmation email each time your subscription renews and your order is processed.
What if I want my next order sooner?
You can move your next order date forward through your customer account portal by selecting the option to reschedule or process your order early.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact our support team at hello@myotape.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Subscription Changes & Upgrades
Can I have more than one active subscription?
Yes, you can hold multiple subscriptions simultaneously. Each will be managed and billed independently on its own 90 or 180 day cycle.
Can I gift a subscription to someone else?
Please get in touch with our team at hello@myotape.com and we will be happy to arrange a subscription as a gift for someone else.
What happens when my 90-day cycle ends?
Your subscription automatically renews for another cycle and payment is taken as normal. You will always receive a reminder email ahead of renewal so you can make any changes if needed.
Technical & Account Questions
I didn't receive an email confirmation
Please allow 5-10 minutes for your subscription confirmation email to arrive. Please also check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate your subscription confirmation email please contact us at hello@myotape.com and we will look into it for you.
I cannot see my subscription in my account - what should I do?
Make sure you are logged in to the same account used when you first subscribed. If you are still unable to locate your subscription please contact us at hello@myotape.com and we will look into it for you.
I did not receive my renewal reminder email - what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it please ensure your email address is correct in your account settings or contact our support team for assistance.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely, all payment information is encrypted and securely handled through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
