More comfortable than tape over my lips.

Now don’t laugh but when I first started to experience a very dry mouth during my sleeping hours which regularly caused me to lose sleep I used ordinary medical tape to make a X across my mouth. Very odd looking and only partially successful. But then I saw an article in my Saga Newsletter about Myotape. I bought three months worth first off. But you wouldn’t credit it … I knew after just one night of using Myotape I would ALWAYS be using it in the future. I never experience nighttime dry mouth nowadays.

Better than any of the others I tried. Particular good for puff breathing . Reordering while I monitor the long term effects on my partner’s breathing . First trial seemed promising.

Love the product! It works and I don’t feel like I am smothering. Have slept better since using and don’t wake up with dry mouth

I couldn’t wear them because they aggravate my tmjd but it helped by husband’s snoring although not perfectly buts it’s much quieter.

I've used a cpap for more than a year. It has helped a lot, but I was still experiencing mouth breathing and all of its fun symptoms. Before going to a full face mask, I looked into using mouth tape.

All of the brands I tried were unsuccessful. But when I came across Myotape, the design intrigued me and seemed to possibly solve the issues with the others I had tried...claustrophobia, needing a sip of water in the night, etc. AND the price was great!

After the first night of using Myotape I knew I would keep using it. Now almost a month into using it, my sleep scores have improved, my snoring is reduced, and I don't have any negative effects. Putting the Myotape on before bed is now part of my sleep prep routine.

Still getting some air leaking from mouth wearing with cpap nasal pillows and chin strap. Samples given by dentist were children's size ,I ordered medium according to mouth size over 2 inches. Children's seem to work better.

My CPAP mask fit has improved dramatically since using this mouth tape. It restricts mouth breathing improving my sleep quality. I have used other brands but they haven’t as effective.

Excellent grip and hold

This mouth guard works very well. I like the medium size as it's more effective for my size mouth. Amazingly, even though it sticks to my mouth for 8 hrs, it doesn't leave a mark or irritate the skin.

It’s made a real difference! I can now sleep in the same room!!

Bought myotape for my mom almost a year ago. She has been using it on and off. On the nights wearing it she snores less and her mouth is not dried out after waking. She really loves it and so ordering more :)
