Glue stick tomthe face and it doesn’t work fir mouth breathers. Not sirth it.
Traditionally, we have loved this product, but unfortunately the quality has gone down significantly. The new material being used for the tape leaves a sticky residue on your face that you have to vigorously scrub off every morning. The old material never did that. The tape still functions well for discouraging mouth breathing, but the new material is not up to par. Disappointed.
It has been only one week since I started using MyoTape. I have better night sleep already. No more waking up in the middle of the night due to dry mouth. I used to wake up 2 - 3 times just to get a sip of water.
I am confident I will improve my sleep, get rid of snoring and apnea. I am 75 years old, I care about my health, and certainly want to stay in good shape to enjoy an active, autonomous and fulfilling life.
Thanks to MyoTape, I no longer use my CPAP. Doesn’t hurt my skin, either. I use the adult size for sensitive skin.
I really like this sensitive tape --it feels light around the mouth and is thinner and yet has great stickiness to it that doesn't hurt when I take it off in the morning.
I’d been hearing my kid snoring more and more but I wasn’t willing to use the Medical Tape that I use myself to stop mouth breathing at night. So, these child friendly mouth patches feel just that bit safer because they can breathe through their lips if needed. Happy with the results so far.
As a lifetime mouth-breather this has been a game-changer. I have never slept so good, now I found myself breathing through the nose even when I'm awake. It's really helping me breathe correctly and change my breathing mistakes at 32 years.
As a mouth-breather I have always had issues getting used to breath through the nose and have never done anything to change, as I didn't know what to do besides thinking on it and doing it at the very moment. But you can't focus 24/7 on that, thanks to Myotape now I am at least 7-8h breathing through the nose, and I find myself doing it through the day without thinking about it. It's been 3 months since I started and I am super satisfied with it (my partner as well hahaha)
I am really excited that I found this product. I have been breathing through my mouth during sleep for years. It is now a great relief to sleep and breathe through my nose.
I will start by saying that this is super effective for me and my circumstances however it may not be for everyone but give it a chance because I didn't think I would like this. I got this in an attempt to simplify my use of a CPAP machine by reducing to a nasal mask. While using the CPAP nasal mask my mouth would open infrequently but enough to wake me up and disrupt my sleep. I figured mouth tape may be able to help in this situation and my research led me to this tape due to my beard and mustache being a potential roadblock. This tape is just the right level of sticky, it does pull out about 3 hairs or so each time but I can't say they weren't falling out anyway.
The tape stays in place very well and it is effective at preventing mouth breathing for me which enables me to use the more minimal nasal mask. You can still open your mouth if needed but this tape works by applying just enough pressure to remind your body to keep it shut. I find it easy to remove from the top down and while holding mustache hair in place while peeling slowly, it does leave a bit of adhesive but it comes right off. If your not sure if this is for you just give it a go as you may be surprised!
Im not sure about sleep performance. However I am no longer waking with dry mouth and throat! I wear a heavy duty nightguard and using the tape us no issue. Will be ordering again!
I am noticing the difference using myotape. The start of my sleep is definitely less disturbed 🤞 it will stay this way. Just to say that I have very sensitive skin and it can easily get inflamed but by using the sensitive version this has helped and also to remember to very very carefully peel it off using one finger against the skin and the other to gently remove the tape helps reduce the chances of course in inflammation. Also if I get an inflamed area I then tend to snip off the corner of the myotape or wherever it/inflammation happens but still find it works with the remaining tape in place. Verry pleased to have found this product thank you for for your efforts to provide this.
This tape has truly worked for me! I know there a lot of varieties online for purchase but this is working well for me so I don’t plan to switch anytime soon. I absolutely love that the center is open so if I’m thirsty in the night I can take have some water.
My husband suffers from sleep apnea but refuses to use the machine so I purchased this tape to lessen his episodes!
I was surprised at how well this works! I also like that it's gentle on the skin. I bought this for someone else who has sleep apnea, and they swear by it!
It works as promised, it's affordable although it's a bit of a challenge to find a U.S. source. I'll continue to buy.

This is my favorite mouth tape! Sticks well and doesn't hurt to take off!
At first, I found it awkward, but when I actually stayed asleep the entire night, I realized I had been mouth breathing all along. It is a great product.
I definitely like using it better than full mouth tape. It stays stuck on all night. I use a little water when removing in the morning to help it release easier.
Finally discovered why I had Tonsils and Adenoids removed aged 7 and had to have braces aged 9 due to Mouth Breathing. Delighted to now get peaceful nights sleep.
I never for one minute thought that these would work and ummed over buying any for months, but they actually really do and have changed 50 plus years of mouth breathing, snoring, teeth grinding (not cured but so much better!) and sleep quality. I don't look pretty, but who cares when you get all these other benefits 🤷♀️ I'm just ordering my second 90 day pack much to my partners relief ☺️
73 yoa woman post-1.5 yrs struggling with internal/external nose pain/redness/swelling, skin irritations, mouth breathing & puffing when using CPAP mask (full & nasal pillow).
