Geweldig product! Ik ben blij dat mijn kinesist mij dit leerde kennen. Ik slaap dieper (dromen zijn terug) en mijn kaken zijn meer ontspannen. Ik knarsetand en draag hiervoor een nachtbeugel. Ik gebruik de variant voor gevoelige huid, deze is aangenamer voor mij dan de gewone en het is fijn dat er ook kleine maten zijn.
I love using Myotape. It has helped with my mouth breathing and snoring at night. I use to wake up with a dry mouth and now I don't. I love that if I get up in the middle of the night I can take a sip of my water. It's very comfortable to use Myotape.
I was diagnosed with sleep apnea several years ago and was sent home with the dreaded apnea machine. In rebellion, I found that most nights, I would eventually switch to mouth breathing. It's not a good "look", I must admit, using both the mask and the Myotape but my quality of sleep is much improved. There are a lot of mouth tapes out there, but the Myotape design allows me to speak to my partner while wearing it. That's a big plus over all the others that completely cover the mouth. I buy it in bulk. Well worth it!
My daughter sleeps much better and loves the Myotapes. She feels more rested and alert in the mornings.
My 11 yr old was keen to try mouth tapping as her dad is finding it so beneficial. I was sceptical but after one failed attempt with too small a size, she’s a convert. She is sleeping more soundly, and looks more vital. Highly recommended

Excellent product, does what it says , once you follow the instructions very easy to use , I have had both beard and no beard tape and both work great
I like this so much more than I thought I would! I sleep like a baby, and can feel my lip strength improving as well. I was always a good sleeper, but this has made me an even deeper one.

It's easy during the day to make a choice to breathe through your nose, but I was finding at night I sometimes woke with a dry mouth. I thought I would try Myotape to see if it helped and it does!
It was very easy to use, doesn't irritate my skin (I bought the sensitive option as I have sensitive skin) and worked from the first time I used it. Am now trying to get my partner and kids to try it too.

With some scepticism how much the sleep will

Having been a mouth breather for as long as I can remember, I have suffered from dry mouth, frequent night wakings due to snoring and nasal issues.

I have Sjogrens disease which causes extremely dry mouth. I have tried every kind of product to keep my mouth from opening and becoming like a desert, and this tape is it. I bought the sensitive one, and it works very well. I sleep better, and I wake up with a mouth that feels normal.
Have tried 3 other “off brand” mouth tapes for a cheaper price and had no choice but to come back to myo tape. I got this small size because I am a super small adult (93 pounds) but they are too small. I stretch them to make them work because I bought a 6 month supply but just so you know, these are truly for small kids. Still love the feel, no glue left, not too painful to remove and no toxic smell.
Ive been having increased problems with sleeping. Menopause and stress took its toll. Noticed that I woke up with dry mouth and caugh. Tried these and noticed a large difference in quality of sleep. I dont snore as much, I dont wake up as often during the night. And my mood has of course improved since I get better/more sleep. Realise it may not work wonders for everyone. But for me it has made a difference!
My kids have been sleeping in these for a few weeks and I can tell a difference in how long they are sleeping but their little lips are much less chapped from not mouth breathing!
I pair the myotape with Intake Breathing nasal strips and my sleep has transformed. I love that I can take a sip of water with the tape on. I can actually fall asleep and stay asleep. Huge quality of life improvement.
Fantastic tape, so easy to use. I don’t feel restricted in my breathing at all. I honestly wish I found this years ago. The improvement in my sleep is phenomenal.
We bought the MYO tape for our kids as we tape ourselves, the s size is OK would like it slight bigger but in general the tape i have found is decent for kids.
I recently started using a cpap machine and was having trouble with swallowing a lot of air and extreme dry mouth both of which kept waking me up. Since using Myotape both of those issues have been solved allowing for much better sleep. The tape stick well to my beard and removes relatively easily.
Love this mouth tape. I started working with a Myo Therapist last year who recommended this brand. My sleep quality has improved greatly. The tape stays on well through the night and is easy to take off in the morning.
