Since using myotape my husband has reported my snoring is less noisy and at times non existent. I face noticed I do not wake up with a headache in the mornings and also after often waking during the night with a dry mouth, no dry mouth since using tape. Sleep quality definitely improved

We purchased these for my daughter who is a mouth breather. Mouth breathing was affecting her rest and contributing to tooth cavaties. Also she used to wake up wtih very poor smelling breath.
From the first night these worked. Her morning breath was gone and she has started sleeping throgh the night again.

I use the MyoTape and it stays on all night. So much better than the ones that cover lips entirely and also better than the small oval hole in the center and they are uncomfortable and usually ripped off a matter of hours because panic sets in.
I’ve been using this tape for about 9 months. I use the sensitive skin one.
I would never use a tape which fully covers your mouth. MYO gives you peace of mind with the opening. I’m a bad snorer and although it hasn’t totally eliminated it, I am finding that I am generally nasal breathing more without realising.
The tape has been a revelation to me and my partner. I was a heavy snorer and didn’t realise how much this affected both mine and my partners sleep cycle.
I started to use the tape two weeks ago and from the first usage I found that I wasn’t waking up groggy and still tired in the morning. My partner has also commented that since I have been using the tape I have stopped snoring and that her sleep has also been better.
If I had one criticism it would be that the tape could be slightly stickier but I do have a very thick beard.

A Myofunctional therapist recommended these tapes about 3 years ago. Many decades since I was a kid, but the child size works perfectly for me. I reuse the tapes - at least two evenings, and sometimes three - so I achieve a cost savings. BTW, I am allergic to all glues on tapes EXCEPT this one; don't know what they use, but have had no reactions. Product has truly helped reverse my snoring, mouth-open breathing at night. I buy two bags at the time and they last about 1 year, depending on how many uses I get out of each tape. I like the new fun green frogs on the kiddie tapes. Part of my "put myself to bed" routine. Love this mouth tape, especially that it still allows you to breathe or cough. The stick is perfect. I suggest to size down as it’s better to have it come over your lips just a bit, rather than sit fully outside of your lips. If find that skin to be more tender.
I was not expecting such excellent results but I am so pleased to finally be getting peaceful sleep!
Got these for my kids as they used to sleep with their mouths open. They’re really helping in that directions and for the sleep quality and teeth health overall.

I was using a cpap for 13 years for a mild case of sleep apnea. My wife had a sleep study and her doctor recommended that she try the myotape product to test the results prior to going on a cpap. They work extremely well for her where she feels that a cpap is not necessary. I figured I would give them a try and I can say that this product works so well to the point that after four months I get better sleep than when on my cpap. The mouth tape is easy to use comfortable to wear . I will be getting another sleep study with the mouth tape so I can officially dump my cpap. 👍
Feel much more relaxed and have a better night sleep with it. Sometimes if I drool too much it might not hold on the beard great, but still better then before.
I started using MYO tape over a year ago, my sleep has improved 10 fold and my face has changed shape… for the better I may add… apparently when you sleep with your mouth closed, it improves your jawline, who knew ?

This one is better than the other , it doesn’t leave my skin irritated and or marks. I was out for 3 days and did not sleep without it.

This product is one of the best buys. My 6 years old son was always sleeping with his mouth open, so you could hear him breath and we had trouble waking him up in the morning. Now he is using MyTape for a week and you can really see the difference. His sleep is much better, he wakes up by himself in the morning because he is so rested. We love it.
My child doesn't maintain her mouth securely closed because of weaker muscles. This causes snoring and drooling. This produced along with her Vpap breathing machine helped greatly
