Myotape is a great product, it has improved the quality of my sleep significantly. Its well designed, packaged and customer service is great. Highly recommend

I have sleep apnea and use mandibular advancement device. It worked great but now even better with sensitive Myotape. My sleep doctor recommends these. They don’t irritate my skin.
I bought MyoTape after receiving a sample from Dr Louise Oliver . I became of functional breathing from her day retreat.
I found it surprisingly easy to sleep with and noticed a difference in my poor sleep quality straight away !
I now sleep so much deeper and feel so much more refreshed in the morning , I really can’t believe it and would not want to be without my mouth tape now !
My only slight gripe is that I wish it was completely neutral coloured as I’ve seen mentioned in a previous review. I still think it looks odd , but it’s a small price to pay . Would highly recommend.

Our sensitive MyoTape comes in a plain beige colour and we have a new MyoTape coming early next year that will be plain beige also.
I’ve been using Myotape (for beards) for about a year now and I must say they have totally changed my life. My blood pressure has reduced, I wake up feeling refreshed 80-90% of the time. I no longer wake during the night for a sip of water, due to dry mouth, which means my sleep is not disturbed. Totally revolutionised my work life, too. I’m more alert and productive. Can’t recommend this product more highly 👍

I have tried several mouth tapes and this is BY FAR the most comfortable. It is strange because even though i can still open my lips if i really wanted Myotape has greatly reduced my snoring and improved my whoop sleep biomarkers! great product.
WORKED THE FIRST NIGHT I USED. PREFERABLE TO SOME OTHER TAPE ALTERNATIVES AS REGARDS COST AND EASE OF APPLICATION AND ABILITY TO TAKE A DRINK IF NEEDED!!
Great product much more comfortable and convenient than paper tape. Does a good job of preventing mouth breathing while allowing speaking, sneezing, and coughing. Had a small problem that was quickly addressed by customer service. Great company.

I was very reluctant to try myotape because I didn’t want something making me feel my face or mouth was covered in any way. I recently had the Inspire implant but was still mouth breathing at night so I wasn’t completely satisfied with the result of that procedure. Myotape was my ENT physician’s recommendation and he said he used it himself. I was very happily surprised when I finally started sleeping through the night using the myotape, and I never felt any discomfort or feeling of something covering my face. I do use the sensitive skin version, and I learned to slowly remove it in the morning…don’t rip it off! The combination of Inspire for severe sleep apnea and myotape truly HAS changed my life. I have so much energy, my foggy brain is gone, and I feel better than I have in years. I highly recommend giving myotape a try…I sure am glad I did!
I bought myo tape for my partner as he snored and kept me awake but not anymore! Myo tape is brilliant and a game changer, my only negative is that when he needs a shave the tape doesn’t stick as well so therefore comes off. Would recommend to fellow sufferers!!
So nice to be able to drink or speak while I have the tape on. It’s so easy and effective…magic!
I started using myotape because my mouth hangs open a bit while I sleep because I wear a mouth guard to prevent teeth grinding. My mouth being open caused bad dry mouth that affected me all day long. Using myotape fixed that problem.
I have a beard, and the beard version works very well.
I recently started using CPAP and was having a lot of difficulty adjusting. I realized once I got a nasal mask that worked that I was breathing through my mouth. I would wake up choking from a dry mouth and throat. I did not want to go to a full CPAP face mask and could not tolerate any chin strap. I found MyoTape while researching mouth tape and decided to give it a try. I was very familiar with myofacial taping for other issues such as tendonitis. MyoTape has nearly stopped my waking up during the night due to dry mouth, so I am assuming that it is doing its job! I occasionally still wake up, but it is so much better. I have had a few issues with irritation, even with the sensitive tape, but it is tolerable.
I am starting with MyoTape and some days I place tape better than the others. But I sleep very well without any problem
