The hole seems to be too large and I am swallowing air. It doesn’t seem to work for me.

We are using MYOTAPE since my kid was 3 year old, he tended to breath true the mouth. We tried a lot of different solution than we found MYOTAPE, witch actualy helped our kid to breath thrue the nose. We use them every night and the boy even corected his teeth position.

Really good mouth tape. Changed my life completely having full uninterrupted sleep . Health is better. Cardio is better in sports. Face structure realigned. More sharp jaw line less tired looking and wrinkles. From nose breathing. Also makes you nose breathe during the day.

Even though I have chronic rhinosinusitis with polyps the myotape helps me to breathe through my nose all night. I sleep so much better

This is working great for me! I used to use a tap that went over my mouth and it did not feel comfortable and it was impacting my sleep. I feel a great improvement with myo tape.

I have been using Myotape for about 3 years now . I absolutely love it, I find I get less colds or more so they don’t get a chance to develop as my airways are kept open by nose breathing all night. I sleep better and wake up refreshed. I have tried other versions but have always come back to Myotape and now with the subscription I will never leave .

I love this mouth tape. I specifically love that I can talk to my wife after I put it on, that I don't feel like I'm suffocating because my mouth is taped shut, that I can cough and not blow my head off, and I can drink water at night. My mouth stays closed all night. And the sensitive version doesn't rip my skin off. I didn't try the regular so maybe it doesn't either but the sensitive is definitely great.

I’ve purchased numerous mouth tapes for my 7 year old who is a chronic mouth breather, and this is the only one that’s she tolerated, and it actually stays on for the whole night! She now gets consistent full nights of nasal breathing sleep!
This tape also still gives her the ability to talk and even drink some water which is a huge plus for the kids, it’s a must less invasive feeling than other tapes on the market.
We’ve been using it for a couple weeks now, the adhesive is good but sometimes I need to use a warm facecloth to help take it off in the morning and she’s left with some irritation lines around her mouth, but it settles quickly.
Don’t apply too much moisturizer prior putting it on otherwise it won’t stick, the moisturizer should be completely absorbed.

This tape is quite ingenious. It does not prevent you from opening your mouth (which would be dangerous, actually) but rather discourages it. I use a dental appliance, which seems to be helping with my apnea (I'll know for sure after I get another home sleep test, but my SnoreLab scores look good for now). But I do wake up to go to the bathroom and sometimes my mouth - before using the myotape - would be very dry. Wearing the myotape, I don't have that problem with a dry mouth. So I think the Myotape is helping me keep my mouth closed when sleeping on my back (my favorite sleeping position, I have to admit).

literally pulled hairs out of my beard and mustache - i counted 6 hairs basically “plucked” from my face in the morning when trying to take if off. NOT for beards

I have been using MyoTape for two weeks. The first improvement is by not having dry mouth in the morning. I'm still waiting for the snoring to get improved.

I appreciate that this mouth tape doesn’t have an odor, but unfortunately, I haven’t found it to be very comfortable. The adhesive is extremely sticky and hurts when peeling it off the skin. I bought some for my son as well, and it hurt him so much that he refuses to wear it now. I’m using up the ones I have, but unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing them again

My sleep is greatly improved since sleeping with myotape! I will continue using it.

Love the sensitive ones for my little one. She’s had a tough time a few times with residue on her face in the am but overall the sensitive has been great with her skin and we are noticing a huge change in her sleeping!

Myo-tape far exceeds expectations. It keeps mouth closed without the feeling that other "hostage" type tapes give. It comes off easily without making your skin sensitive even after night after night use. It is now my go-to mouth tape.

I ordered the original version and the adhesive was too strong. The company sent me a return address label so I could exchange the five unopened packs for the sensitive skin version. This version is working well. It keeps my mouth closed while sleeping and the opening allows me to cough or get a sip of water.

I bought these for my son who has been mouth breathing. We have an airway specialists who suggested these and they have been wonderful. It doesn’t freak him out because his mouth isn’t covered, hes able to talk and drink, for the last two weeks he hasn’t been snoring, using these along with the exercises his airway lady has given us, it’s like night and day, hes sleeping straight through the night. I would suggest these for anyone whos kid is snoring! Thank you myo tape!

Myotape is seriously the only brand that has got it right when it comes to mouth tape. I like to drink water or say something if I need to at night and this doesn't confine me like other brands I've tried where it covers your whole mouth. I buy the sensitive skin medium size and it does a great job! Make sure to stick on without moisturizing or it won't stick. It is comfortable all night and holds everything in place. I always wake up well rested! THANK YOU!

I love the Myotape to prevent mouth breathing while I sleep. I recommend this product if you're waking up several times during the night due to open mouth breathing and/or dry mouth in the morning. This product works.

Earlier orders weren't sticky enough. Sometimes they're now too sticky, but that's better than falling off

I was dubious about the benefits of Myotape, but I have been using it for a few months and seen an improvement in my sleep, and reduction in snoring. For me the 'Sensitive' type is better as the glue residue left on my mouth in the morning is negligible, whereas I couldn't get rid of the glue on the original type.

The tape is good.

I have used at least 5 different mouth tapes and Myotape BY FAR is the best i have tried! It is the most comfortable to sleep in, the easiest to take off, and has shown the best results in keeping me not to snore! I’m not trying any other tape….this is the one for me!
And also, their customer service is amazing!
