I was skeptical and hesitant to try Myotape, but now I wear it every night! My sleep quality has greatly improved, my mouth and throat are no longer dry in the morning, and I don’t snore anymore! Plus, Myotape is very comfortable. Once it’s on I barely notice it anymore. Highly recommend!

I used the regular myotape for 90 days and it worked great. Just thought the sensitive tape might come off a little easier in the morning. It works great too and is a bit easier to remove. I like it and will "stick" with this one. Thanks for making the sensitive tape.
I purchased the Myotape Mouth Tape Sensitive Skin (180-Day Supply) and used it until I ran out, without realising I didn’t have another pouch available to last me the next month. As a result, I had to go back to sleeping without using a nasal strip. The difference was immediately noticeable. I started waking up with my mouth wide open and experiencing severe dry mouth. My partner also noticed that my sleep apnea symptoms had returned, something I’m not aware of myself due to being a very deep sleeper. Based on my personal experience, I can only recommend Myotape. I’ll definitely continue using it!
This is great for first-time mouth tapers! I love that my lips are not sealed and I can still talk/use lip balm. I have extremely sensitive skin and have not had any reaction. My husband has started using as well. Highly recommend!
So far, so good. It doesn’t feel suffocating. But it does seem to keep the mouth closed. It is very comfortable and easy to use
The quality of my sleep has improved. I no longer wake up with my mouth so dry I can hardly swallow. I've never remembered my dreams or even the fact that I do dream. Now I wake in the morning and know I reached deep rem sleep because I remember dreaming. Thanks

Absolutely love using Myotape. I have been using it for a year now. I sleep so much better. The tape has not irritated my skin at all.
I didn't really believe it would keep my mouth closed, but it did! Next time I will order the sensitive one, because the adhesive was a too harsh for my skin. I think the regular one would be better for facial hair.

This mouth tape works quite well for me. I was leery of trying something that completely covered my mouth because I’m a bit claustrophobic. I no longer wake up multiple times through the night because my mouth is so dry. I’m surprised, but it seems to work very well. I am using the small but have ordered the medium. If I like that size better, I’ll commit to a subscription and save some money!
Must say I was quite skeptical about another sleep aid, as I had tried a few other solutions which delivered very mixed results. Having used this for over a month now (just to be certain), I can confidently say that myotape supports a good night’s sleep and takes care of morning dry-mouth (which was a real bane). Would definitely recommend it and will continue using.
I'm a huge fan of mouth tape and am really happy with this product. My son had some issues with the glue on the original kids product, so we tried this as an alternative. He really loves it and no issues with skin reactions. It works really well and very kid friendly.
I came to myotape through reading the book Breath by James Nestor. He recommends a different style of tape but myotape suits me as the mouth is not sealed. I’ve waited a couple of months to do the review and I can report that I don’t have disrupted sleep anymore. My husband has said there is no more heavy snoring and most unexpectedly my nasal passages are clear every morning and remain so throughout the day. At first I was conscious of the feel of the tape but I don’t notice it any more. Happy customer!
I’ve tried several different types of mouth take and these are my favorite! I can still talk, get a drink of water, but it keeps my mouth from gaping open when sleeping.
Myotape really does shut the mouth and is a great tool. One challenge is that my child likes to talk with me before she sleeps, and the tape tends to come loose. It really needs to be applied just before they’re going to be sleeping.
Finally a nasal strip for children. My 9 year old absolutely loves wearing these at night. I was unsure if they would be suitable or not as she has very sensitive skin but I'm really pleased.
Every morning we clean off any residue with some coconut oil and she has no irritation at all.
She says she can breath so much better.
Great fit, not irritating to skin. Tape surrounding the lip is much better than products actually covering the lips. My son and I both use it and most of the time wake up with it still on!

I really enjoy using MyoTape in combination with MyoTape Nasal Strips. it makes my night breathing very smooth even my nose is not congested. I truly love these products. It is safe to use and it makes my sleep deeper. Previously, I used a regular tape to cover my mouth, and it cannot be compared with the comfort that MyoTape creates holding my lips closed and at the same time it is safe. And the nasal strips create additional comfort for a smooth breathing at night event, as I said, my nose is not congested.

Now I never wake up with a dry mouth. Before the mouth tape there were several times where I would wake up and my throat would be so dry that I couldn't breathe. I still snore a little bit. through my nose, but about 80% of my snoring's gone away. Thanks to the tape.
