I was more worried about disturbing others' sleep with my snoring than the negative effect on my health. Now I can sleep with others without guilt that I am causing them sleepless night. I am also having better quality sleep with Myo Tape. This tape design is brilliant. And the unblocking blocked nostril exercise on their website is helpful. I am grateful that someone introduced me to this product.

Well made product. I'm sensitive to tape, so I use their sensitive product with great success. The design allows me to still be able to take needed medications and water without difficulty. The company has taken care of issues quickly and without difficulties.

After reading James Nestors book Breath a couple of years ago I became aware of nasal breathing and how important it was. I was also introduced to mouth taping for sleeping, but never quite had the confidence to try it myself despite all the benefits! Fast forward a couple of years I’ve taken the plunge along with my sister and husband and categorically we are all enjoying better, more restful, undisturbed sleep which in turn has a positive impact on waking hours. I was afraid I I’d feel like I couldn’t breath but the design of these is genius and I would say to anyone give it a go.
