This mouth guard works very well. I like the medium size as it's more effective for my size mouth. Amazingly, even though it sticks to my mouth for 8 hrs, it doesn't leave a mark or irritate the skin.
As a speech therapist trained In myofunctional therapy, I already use the myotape for kids and was excited for an adult nasal strip for myself. These are substantial quality! I am sleeping much better. As I have small nose I might try the child size next just to compare. I will definitely be reordering!

After struggling with sleep for over 20 years due to severe dry mouth I am elated to say how MyoTape has vastly improved my quality of uninterrupted sleep.
Over the years have tried all sorts of chin straps, mouth tapes, nose cones, nose sprays, Nightshift and even sleep apnea machines however none of these have been effective as MyoTape.

Bought myotape for my mom almost a year ago. She has been using it on and off. On the nights wearing it she snores less and her mouth is not dried out after waking. She really loves it and so ordering more :)
Great product. Does not pull hair when removing. Wife said snoring is minimal or non existent. Sleep seems improved.
I am a dedicated side sleeper . After having shoulder surgery, I had to sleep in a recliner for a few weeks and then on my back propped up a little in bed. When I do sleep on my back or roll over on my back while sleeping, I snore to the point where it wakes me up.
I was watching a TV show shortly after surgery that showed someone sleeping with mouth tape which I had never heard of. I was intrigued and found MyoTape when I googled the topic. I bought the 30 day packet just to try it and it has worked wonderfully keeping my mouth from falling open as I as I have slept upright or on my back for the last six weeks. I plan on using it even when I go back to sleeping on my side. It really helped my quality of sleep so much!!
I've been using it for only 3 weeks, but I sleep much better. I used the plastic nostril dialator before, it didn't really work, but this is awesome.
This product is amazing and I have tried lots of mouth tapes. It does not leave a sticky residue and I can still sip water in the night if needed as the tape goes around your mouth and not over it. The tape not only keeps me from mouth breathing, it also keeps me from snoring. Now I can't sleep without it!
I love the new packing. Each tape dispensed as a single use item. In theory it's brilliant. However, I'm not giving you 5 stars because in practice there isn't enough room on the backing to remove the tape cleanly without a tiny bit of struggle. The product works great, but frustration lies in the application.
These are great nose adhesives for kids that last through the night and are sensitive enough that they don't hurt or damage the skin. I also tried these myself having a smaller nose and they worked on me as well. They are effective at what they do and are worth the price. Overall, we have enjoyed using these nose strips.
I have used three different brands and have tried every way to resize these for my kiddo who has terrible allergies, but these were the first ones I have seen, including the brand name that actually fit him and stuck to him all night without causing skin damage in the morning.
It is hard to say how effective they are since that is measured by awakenings that did not happen, but it did seem fairly effective and he did sleep through the night on the three nights he needed them so far. Good stickiness.
These breathing strips are a staple in my medicine cabinet for sure! I use the bigger ones, and these fit smaller noses quite well. I would say they are marketed towards kids, but if you have a tiny face I bet these would work just as good. They are quite effective at helping your little one breathe at night without needing any medicine at all, they work just as well as the adult ones that I have used in the past. They definitely have a fair amount of adhesiveness to them, so they should stay on all night (as long as your kid doesn't pick at them). I will say that taking them off might be a bit harsh, like pulling a bandage, but its worth it.

It would be more helpful if they had a measurement guide in the product information. The kid size is 2" long which almost fit me. Placement instructions picture the strip placed midway on the nose nose. I cleaned the area with soap and then alcohol. These stuck well on the bridge but did not hold well against my nasal passage. It did lift my nasal passages to breathe easier for awhile. I think I need is the large size extra strength.

In our house, the need for nighttime nasal strips is prevalent. Having my husband test these strips was an easy task (I also tested one). One of the somewhat unique features of these strips is that they are absolutely clear. Most of the strips we have are either white or black (and a few are patterned). I guess clear is nice if you believe you are going to run into people while you're wearing them and want to be discrete. The adherence of the strip was excellent. Because of the superior hold, the "lift" was good, opening the nasal passage for easier breathing. The strip itself was somewhat stiff. While the edge area around the strip was soft, the main portion running down the middle of the strip was a rather rigid plastic type material. I didn't find the strip to be overly comfortable while wearing. My husband noted a similar experience. The current price of $19.99 for 30 strips seems like a fairly standard value. Overall, the strips provide good hold and lift. Some other well-functioning strips I have tried were slightly more comfortable. 4 stars.
