Easy to use, easy to wear and you get accustomed to it very quickly, so that it becomes part of the bedtime ritual very soon. It is not constraining, or otherwise uncomfortable. I sleep better. Thank you for this dimple, yet effective healing aid.
Product stays on, is comfortable and comes off easily. Didn’t impact my snoring, but worth a try. Attempting to return unopened packs and awaiting a reply. Check return policy before you buy multiple packs.
I love the myotape because it not only lets my sleep better and my mouth doesn't get dry and I don't snore anymore. Also it allows me to take a drink in the night if I get up.
This may be hard to believe, but sleeping with Myotape straightened my teeth. They had been getting farther and farther apart and my dentist suggested braces ($5,000). I had them as a kid and said no thanks. The next time I was in his office, he said, "Hmm...I guess you're teeth straightened out." I hadn't noticed, but sure enough, he was right. The ONLY thing that was different was I had been sleeping for several months with Myotape. Gotta say: It was a bargain! : )
I loved mouth tape already but the normal mouth tape leaves a sticky residue on my skin that’s hard to remove. Sensitive skin mouth tape does the job for me: it stays perfectly in place without leaving glue around my mouth. Even using night cream doesn’t affect this tape. And should you have questions, the customer service of Myotape is really kind and helpful!

Myotape has greatly lessened the number of times I was awakening myself by snoring. I have had no problems with the adhesive and my skin. It may take you a few times before you figure out the stretch amount of the pre-cut tape that keeps your lips together the right way for you, but hang in there. The company offers great support for that and anything else that you have questions about.

I wasn’t convinced that this tape will be a solution for my no deep quality sleep problems. After I had tried several different ones I gave a try to my tape and since the first night I saw too much improvement in my sleep quality. Give it a try and you will not regret it!
Dr recommended this. I use it with a mouth appliance as an alternative to an apnea mask. It's comfortable and easy to use. The combination - with the appliance - dropped my apnea rating from 15 to 4.
