Mouth Tape for Sensitive Skin

I must say these tapes are very comfortable and did not cause me any anxiety while wearing them (I’m claustrophobic). With said I have not been able to get them placed so my mouth is all the way closed. I reached out to customer support and have tried various placements around my mouth.

My mouth does close enough that I can tell a difference with my CPAP. My mouth used to open wide and my jaw would drop completely out of my mask. This caused me to wake up completely to make adjustments. Since using MyoTape this does not happen. I’m appreciative of that improvement. Will keep using it and continue to try to achieve the “sweet spot”.

Before using Myotape, I was waking up multiple times per night because I was mouth breathing. I have sjogrens disease that affects saliva production and tears. It causes extreme dry mouth so I was reaching for water every hour or so. With the use of Myotape—I experienced the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The tape is comfortable and didn’t prevent me from falling asleep like I thought it might. The opening was the reason I wanted to try it. I considered other brands but decided on this one. It’s a definite winner! So pleased with the results and happy that I’m sleeping great thanks to Myotape.

I have been taping my mouth for some time now with other tapes until a friend introduced me to MyoTape and the difference is phenomenal. My sleep is so much deeper, im waking so much more refreshed and the fact your mouth is accessible if needed is an added bonus. I also purchased the kid tape and my six year old has been using it every night and her sleep has massively improved. I’ve now gotten friends and family members onto it! Highly, highly recommend.

This myotape is amazing and improved my sleep the very first night I wore it. Don't make the mistake of wearing the tape when your sinuses are congested however!

It took some getting used to, but I just love these now! For my baby skin I will stick them to the back of my hand first to de-stick them just a little before applying to my face. They are by far the best ones I have ever tried.

Myotape is seriously the only brand that has got it right when it comes to mouth tape. I like to drink water or say something if I need to at night and this doesn't confine me like other brands I've tried where it covers your whole mouth. I buy the sensitive skin medium size and it does a great job! Make sure to stick on without moisturizing or it won't stick. It is comfortable all night and holds everything in place. I always wake up well rested! THANK YOU!

I love the Myotape to prevent mouth breathing while I sleep. I recommend this product if you're waking up several times during the night due to open mouth breathing and/or dry mouth in the morning. This product works.

I was dubious about the benefits of Myotape, but I have been using it for a few months and seen an improvement in my sleep, and reduction in snoring. For me the 'Sensitive' type is better as the glue residue left on my mouth in the morning is negligible, whereas I couldn't get rid of the glue on the original type.

I have used at least 5 different mouth tapes and Myotape BY FAR is the best i have tried! It is the most comfortable to sleep in, the easiest to take off, and has shown the best results in keeping me not to snore! I’m not trying any other tape….this is the one for me!

I started using these about a year ago, initially the normal type and now the sensitive type. I have sensitive skin and I don't get a reaction from these. I find they stay on all night and really help my sleep. Only comment is that they are quite pricey, but I haven't found an alternative as good!

It has taken a bit to get used to the sensation of the tape, but it definitely helps me sleep better and with less mouth breathing. I no longer wake up with a dry mouth and fast breathing.

MYO-TAPE for sensitive skin is just what I needed to avoid marks on my face. It works perfectly.

Myotape was the 4th kind of mouth tape I tried. Thankfully my search is over. Myotape is the best fit for me! It was very important for me to find something that worked but did not make me feel claustrophobic.

This is a very comfortable tape compared to the others I have used. It also hasn't left any rashes on my face, which was an issue with other tapes. I love that it goes around the mouth and not over. Very easy to get used to. Thanks!

I gave up my CPAP because it dried me out so badly, but with Myotape, I don’t dry out and I’m sleeping great. My husband says I snore softly, but not too badly!

Recommend by my voice Physio and now my family is using it too.

I’m new to Myotapebut find that I no longer wake with a dry mouth. Still building up the courage to stop using my sleep apnoea machine. It has not irritated my sensitive skin which is great!

comfortable to wear not restricting

The product itself is very good and works well but my mistake was ordering the wrong size. I was trying to accommodate two people of different sizes so I ordered medium. I couldn’t mix the sizes to get a better discount so I just ordered the medium size.

For whatever reason my nervous system doesn’t appreciate any tape over the center of my lips, despite not breathing through my mouth that I know of.
This is the only solution I’ve found for that.

I appreciate the option of more sensitive tape and sizing as well
