All faces are different, however our guidance on sizing is:

  • Medium

    For more petite faces and teenagers

No more dry mouth and throat

I’’ve recently started using MyoTape nightly. I purchased MyoTape because I was waking each morning with an extremely dry mouth and throat, so I’m definitely a mouth breather. When I use MyoTape, I know I breathe through my nose throughout the night because I no longer wake up with a dry mouth and throat. It does take some getting used to, and I’m still getting used to it. There have been nights when I removed MyoTape in the middle of the night without really realizing it, but I’m doing better with leaving it on all night. It’s a game changer for me. And because it doesn’t seal my lips, I feel that it is safe to use.

Peaceful nights sleep one tape away

I was slightly dubious but willing to try and see if this product actually did improve my sleep. I can honestly say I have had the best week of sleep I can remember having. I am waking up feeling very refreshed.
The actual tape is easy to apply and I don’t notice I’m wearing it once it’s applied.
