Mouth Tape for Sensitive Skin

I must say these tapes are very comfortable and did not cause me any anxiety while wearing them (I’m claustrophobic). With said I have not been able to get them placed so my mouth is all the way closed. I reached out to customer support and have tried various placements around my mouth.

My mouth does close enough that I can tell a difference with my CPAP. My mouth used to open wide and my jaw would drop completely out of my mask. This caused me to wake up completely to make adjustments. Since using MyoTape this does not happen. I’m appreciative of that improvement. Will keep using it and continue to try to achieve the “sweet spot”.

Before using Myotape, I was waking up multiple times per night because I was mouth breathing. I have sjogrens disease that affects saliva production and tears. It causes extreme dry mouth so I was reaching for water every hour or so. With the use of Myotape—I experienced the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The tape is comfortable and didn’t prevent me from falling asleep like I thought it might. The opening was the reason I wanted to try it. I considered other brands but decided on this one. It’s a definite winner! So pleased with the results and happy that I’m sleeping great thanks to Myotape.

I have been taping my mouth for some time now with other tapes until a friend introduced me to MyoTape and the difference is phenomenal. My sleep is so much deeper, im waking so much more refreshed and the fact your mouth is accessible if needed is an added bonus. I also purchased the kid tape and my six year old has been using it every night and her sleep has massively improved. I’ve now gotten friends and family members onto it! Highly, highly recommend.

This myotape is amazing and improved my sleep the very first night I wore it. Don't make the mistake of wearing the tape when your sinuses are congested however!

It took some getting used to, but I just love these now! For my baby skin I will stick them to the back of my hand first to de-stick them just a little before applying to my face. They are by far the best ones I have ever tried.

As someone who learned about mouth taping from Patrick McK. 's workshop years ago seeing his involvement with Myotape made this an easy choice. Gentle and effective for sensitive skin. What I love most is how gentle it is yet super effective. I've been using it for months and am loving how well it works. It effectively keeps my mouth shut during sleep yet I can still cough or drink water if needed. It prevents mouth gaping that was disrupting my sleep. With my mouth closed throughout the night I'm not waking up with dry mouth in the morning. Tape does its job without being overly restrictive; matter fact it's very pliable and gentle to apply and remove.

My daughter recently started using Myotape and has seen gradual changes, including less drooling and training to keep her mouth closed even when she’s awake. She doesn’t feel anxiousness about the inability to breathe because of its design nor complained of irritations. We are about to order some more.

I use the myo tape for sensitive skin. It comes off easily in the morning and doesn’t irritate my skin. Works well in keeping my mouth closed without feeling claustrophobic.

I really didn’t think I had a lot of mouth breathing at night but my sleep is so disrupted that I thought I’d try it .
I am waking up much easier and more times than before my alarm .
Dry moth is significantly reduced in the morning.
I’m less restless at night and have had a reduction in wake ups .
It’s easy to use . Has not irritated my skin at all .

I have been snoring for years, and wearing a Garmin sleep which was showing me my O2 sats at night while sleeping...it was not good. I've been using Myo Tape for a few weeks and my sleep score has gotten way better and my O2 sat doesn't drop as low with the tape on.

Felt weird the first couple nights, but now I can't sleep without them! Gentle on the skin.

Recommended by my dentist and it has really improved my sleep quality. Easy to apply and remove. Although I still make some noise at night, my partner has told me I don't snore as loudly anymore!

This is working great for me! I used to use a tap that went over my mouth and it did not feel comfortable and it was impacting my sleep. I feel a great improvement with myo tape.

I have been using Myotape for about 3 years now . I absolutely love it, I find I get less colds or more so they don’t get a chance to develop as my airways are kept open by nose breathing all night. I sleep better and wake up refreshed. I have tried other versions but have always come back to Myotape and now with the subscription I will never leave .

I love this mouth tape. I specifically love that I can talk to my wife after I put it on, that I don't feel like I'm suffocating because my mouth is taped shut, that I can cough and not blow my head off, and I can drink water at night. My mouth stays closed all night. And the sensitive version doesn't rip my skin off. I didn't try the regular so maybe it doesn't either but the sensitive is definitely great.

This tape is quite ingenious. It does not prevent you from opening your mouth (which would be dangerous, actually) but rather discourages it. I use a dental appliance, which seems to be helping with my apnea (I'll know for sure after I get another home sleep test, but my SnoreLab scores look good for now). But I do wake up to go to the bathroom and sometimes my mouth - before using the myotape - would be very dry. Wearing the myotape, I don't have that problem with a dry mouth. So I think the Myotape is helping me keep my mouth closed when sleeping on my back (my favorite sleeping position, I have to admit).

I appreciate that this mouth tape doesn’t have an odor, but unfortunately, I haven’t found it to be very comfortable. The adhesive is extremely sticky and hurts when peeling it off the skin. I bought some for my son as well, and it hurt him so much that he refuses to wear it now. I’m using up the ones I have, but unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing them again

Myo-tape far exceeds expectations. It keeps mouth closed without the feeling that other "hostage" type tapes give. It comes off easily without making your skin sensitive even after night after night use. It is now my go-to mouth tape.

Myotape is seriously the only brand that has got it right when it comes to mouth tape. I like to drink water or say something if I need to at night and this doesn't confine me like other brands I've tried where it covers your whole mouth. I buy the sensitive skin medium size and it does a great job! Make sure to stick on without moisturizing or it won't stick. It is comfortable all night and holds everything in place. I always wake up well rested! THANK YOU!

I love the Myotape to prevent mouth breathing while I sleep. I recommend this product if you're waking up several times during the night due to open mouth breathing and/or dry mouth in the morning. This product works.

I was dubious about the benefits of Myotape, but I have been using it for a few months and seen an improvement in my sleep, and reduction in snoring. For me the 'Sensitive' type is better as the glue residue left on my mouth in the morning is negligible, whereas I couldn't get rid of the glue on the original type.

I have used at least 5 different mouth tapes and Myotape BY FAR is the best i have tried! It is the most comfortable to sleep in, the easiest to take off, and has shown the best results in keeping me not to snore! I’m not trying any other tape….this is the one for me!
And also, their customer service is amazing!

Using these mouth tapes has definitely helped me sleep better. No more waking with a horrible dry mouth.
