All faces are different, however our guidance on sizing is:

    For most men and circa 50% of women.

    Mouth Width greater than 52mm (2.05 inches)

  • Medium

    For more petite faces and teenagers

Working well for my kids

This has been working so well for my 2 kids that are mouth breathers. I would just suggest to put a little bit of lotion around the mouth like 20 minutes prior to the myotape. It made the removal process so much easier.

Didn’t think I needed these

Decided to try these to rule out mouth breathing after I started getting a dry mouth at night which I thought was due to HRT. After trying myotape it pretty much resolved the dry mouth issue. Initially I was getting some patches of irritated skin, I contacted customer services and got a reply quickly with helpful advice. I think I was stretching it too much as Patrick’s video seemed to suggest stretching it more.
