Great!

Has really helped with the quality of sleep I’m getting I think and also wake up less in the night - menopausal!

Working well

I’m fairly pleased with the MyoTape. I use it with my CPap machine and it does seem to do a more comfortable job than the lip tape that crisscrosses your lips. It’s taken a few nights to get the width just right. But I’m pleased.

Hello MyoTape! Goodbye CPAP!

I was recently diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and prescribed a CPAP machine. After wearing the CPAP for 21 days I knew it wasn't for me. There had to be a better solution. I started researching the causes of sleep apnea which lead me to the book, "The Oxygen Advantage," and then MyoTape.

I've worn Sensitive Skin MyoTape every night for two months now. I find it's comfortable and easy to apply and remove. I sometimes wake up in the morning forgetting that I'm wearing it. While wearing it, I can open my mouth slightly and take a sip of water if needed. For those rare times that I sleep on my back, MyoTape prevents my jaw from dropping, keeping my mouth closed and my tongue in the correct position thus keeping my airway open.

I plan to continue using MyoTape into the foreseeable future as part of my game plan and arsenal of solutions against sleep apnea.

From Thunder to a Snuffle!

At least that's what my wife says has happened to the volume of my snoring. After seeing my ENT guy and actually considering surgery to reduce the size of my Uvula, I heard Patrick McKeown interviewed on the radio and considered trying the tape a better option. It was. Snoring volume reduced. Happy wife. Working on learning to nose breath without the tape now...

Huge improvement in sleep as a result of Myotape!

I recently started using myotape as found that as a result of using orthodontic night guards, I had started mouth breathing at night. Myotape is a very simple yet clever solution. It naturally encourages breathing through the nose by gently keeping your lips shut. Quality of sleep is much improved and feeling in mouth in the morning is much more pleasant. Highly recommended and will definitely repeat.
