Breathe Better. Recover Quicker. Wake Restored.

Whether you're training for a marathon or just trying to stay active, your performance starts the night before - and it starts with how you breathe. Flexible, skin-friendly and drug-free, MyoTape® Nasal Strips gently open the nasal passages to reduce airflow resistance, support rhythmic breathing under exertion, and help your body recover faster between efforts. Wear them during training to optimise nasal airflow, or at night to ensure your body gets the deep, restorative sleep it needs to perform tomorrow. Better breathing. Better recovery. Better performance - day and night.

Developed by world-renowned nasal breathing expert Patrick McKeown, MyoTape® Nasal Strips are engineered around the science of breathing, not just the symptom of a blocked nose.

  • Promotes Nose Breathing: Wake up without a dry mouth, a sore throat, or that heavy-headed feeling because you spent the night breathing the way your body was designed to.
  • Enhanced Physical Activity: Train harder, recover faster. Whether you're walking, running, cycling, or on the mat, less airflow resistance means more efficient breathing when your body needs it most.
  • Reduces Snoring: Quieter nights for you and whoever shares your bed. By opening the nasal airway, MyoTape® Nasal Strips address one of the most common drivers of snoring at its source.
  • Extra Strength: Wear them every night without irritation. The hypoallergenic adhesive is strong enough to hold during all types of physical activity.
  • Expert Recommendation: Built on 25 years of breathing science. Patrick McKeown has spent his career studying what poor nasal breathing does to sleep, health, and performance - and designed these strips to fix it simply and effectively.
  • Breathing Support System: For best results, pair with MyoTape® Mouth Tape. Together they form the complete MyoTape® Breathing Support System - closing the mouth, opening the nose, and giving your body the best possible conditions for restorative sleep.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are MyoTape® Nasal Strips and how do they work?

MyoTape® Nasal Strips are flexible adhesive strips applied to the outside of the nose. Their spring-like action gently pulls the nasal sidewalls outward, widening the nasal valve and reducing airflow resistance, making nasal breathing easier and more comfortable. They work mechanically, not medically. Nothing enters the body.

When should I use them?

They can be worn during sleep, exercise, or any time you want support for nasal airflow. They are suitable for both daytime and night-time use.

Can I use MyoTape® Nasal Strips with MyoTape® Mouth Tape?

Yes. They are designed to complement each other as part of the MyoTape® Breathing Support System. The mouth tape encourages mouth closure while the nasal strips open the nasal passages, together creating the optimal environment for nasal breathing during sleep.

Are they safe for nightly use?

Nasal strips are generally safe for nightly use. The main side effect is mild skin irritation from the adhesive, which affects fewer than 5% of users. Taking occasional nights off can prevent skin sensitivity from developing.

Are they drug-free?

Nasal strips contain no drugs, no chemicals that enter the bloodstream, and no invasive components. There are no active pharmaceutical ingredients, no risk of medication interactions, no rebound effect when you stop using them, and no dependency.

Can I use them if I have a deviated septum?

Nasal strips can help improve nasal airflow for those with a deviated septum, allowing you to breathe more easily — though they should not be considered an alternative to surgical correction where that is clinically indicated.

Will they help with snoring?

Most common-cause snoring is worsened or caused by restricted nasal airflow forcing turbulent mouth breathing. Multiple clinical studies confirm that nasal strips significantly reduce snoring frequency and intensity. However, if you suspect obstructive sleep apnea, please consult a healthcare professional — nasal strips are not a treatment for OSA.
