Mouth Tape for Sensitive Skin

I highly recommend!

To my surprise Myotape was recommended by my Dentist as I have tooth sensitivity and my habitual mouth breathing at night was resulting in a dry mouth in the morning which he said could be making my teeth even more sensitive by further affecting my gums. I ordered the single pack to give it a try. As I have sensitive skin I ordered the sensitive option and so far have not experienced any adverse skin reaction or spots after 4 weeks of use. I apply the tape after my night cream has been well rubbed in and just before lying down to sleep. My initial impression has been positive. The Myotape stays in place all night and it exerts a gentle pressure on the mouth encouraging it to remain closed to aid nasal breathing. I have been waking up feeling more refreshed and my mouth is not as dry, my partner has reported less heavy breathing and snoring. It is helping to reduce tooth sensitivity by keeping my mouth environment better lubricated overnight and therefore slowing down the rate of gum damage. I am still able to sip my water via a water bottle over night.
The tape is easy to apply and stretches to fit around the mouth avoiding the lip area, it then comes away smoothly in the morning, I'm happy its working for me.

I surprisingly really like this product. I bought it to try to support sleep & breathing (trying to increase running ability).
Using it for then first couple of weeks, I slept right through the night (not waking inbetween) but I was also on holidays! But I do think it helps with settling down in the evening and getting ready for sleep.

I've used normal tape and it jusr comes off or too sticky or not sticky enough....these are worth buying. My sleep is alot better
