What size should I buy

All faces are different, however our guidance on sizing is:

  • Large

    For most men and circa 50% of women.

    Mouth Width greater than 52mm (2.05 inches)

  • Medium

    For more petite faces and teenagers

    Mouth Width between 47mm and 52mm (1.85 inches and 2.05 inches)

  • Small

    For children - older children

    Mouth Width less than 47mm (1.85 inches)

Sleeping with ease...

Thank goodness I found this company. My son is 6 years old and he's loving the benefits of nose breathing. I have been using the tape for over a year for myself and it's making me rest with such ease and I feel rested when I wake up.

Nie mehr ohne schlafen

Ich verwende Myotape jetzt seit etwas mehr als einem Jahr. Ich möchte nicht mehr ohne schlafen, weil die Schlafqualität weit besser ist, als ohne. Inzwischen verwenden auch mein Partner und ein paar meiner Arbeitskollegen die Tapes.

Game changer

These are great, my wife looked into mouth breathing and childrens tooth decay and we decided to try this to help, it did! And it's helped him and the other kids get a better night's sleep for sure! Strongly recommend!
