What size should I buy

All faces are different, however our guidance on sizing is:

  • Large

    For most men and circa 50% of women.

    Mouth Width greater than 52mm (2.05 inches)

  • Medium

    For more petite faces and teenagers

    Mouth Width between 47mm and 52mm (1.85 inches and 2.05 inches)

  • Small

    For children - older children

    Mouth Width less than 47mm (1.85 inches)

So helpful for my sleep

Using these has helped me to sleep better and have less allergy symptoms in the morning. I use the kids size since my mouth was too small for the adult size but they work great.

So glad to have found MyoTape!

After coming to the realisation that chronic mouth breathing was greatly impacting my 13 yo son’s health, I began researching ways to overcome this. I knew a bit about mouth taping after reading James Nestor’s book, “Breathe” but wasn’t comfortable with the idea of fully taping my child’s mouth. I found MyoTape after listening to the Buteyko Clinic on YouTube.

To be honest, I had a lot of hope invested in the tape as I was desperate to combat my son’s mouth breathing as I could see what an impact it was having on his wellbeing. Well, it arrived about a week ago and I can (gratefully) say that it has made a massive difference since the first night. The improvement has been significant. His snoring has completely stopped and mouth breathing minimised greatly.

This is a fantastic product and I mention it to any parents who I think could benefit. As a teacher I see evidence of mouth breathing in lots of children, and a simple remedy such as MyoTape could make such a difference to kids’ sleep quality and promote improvement across many domains.
