What size should I buy

All faces are different, however our guidance on sizing is:

  • Large

    For most men and circa 50% of women.

    Mouth Width greater than 52mm (2.05 inches)

  • Medium

    For more petite faces and teenagers

    Mouth Width between 47mm and 52mm (1.85 inches and 2.05 inches)

I bought the child size tape for my 9 year old because he constantly wide opened mouth breathed at night. So much so it caused a cross bite and he currently has an expander to widen his upper palette. The mouth tape stays on all night every night. Comes off easily in the morning. My son must like it because he brings the tape to me every night before he wants to go to sleep. He can still open his mouth a little bit to mouth breathe at night. I think this helps his initial fear he had trying this. I hope we are still getting the benefits of it with him being able to open his mouth a small bit.
