What size should I buy

All faces are different, however our guidance on sizing is:

  • Large

    For most men and circa 50% of women.

    Mouth Width greater than 52mm (2.05 inches)

  • Medium

    For more petite faces and teenagers

    Mouth Width between 47mm and 52mm (1.85 inches and 2.05 inches)

  • Small

    For children - older children

    Mouth Width less than 47mm (1.85 inches)

Successful trial of tape

I initially bought the mixed pack for my husband and myself to test sizes and more to the point, effectiveness. Interestingly my husband who is not keen to address his snoring issue (as he doesn’t feel he has a problem!) seemed quite willing to have a go at trialing the large size Myotape. I found the medium size fitted my mouth more comfortably.
We both found the trial successful. Our snoring and mouth breathing (me) is much reduced.
We have now ordered the black tape suitable for men with beards and the medium tape for me. Our sleep pattern is better on the nights we use the tape. My dentist was quite interested to hear about this product, so the word is getting out there!

Great learning experience!

I am new to nose breathing for sleep and was terrified at the thought of taping my mouth completely - so when I discovered Myotape it solved my fear! I have been using the trial pack for 4 nights so far with interesting results! I recommend the trial pack for those who were on the fence like I was!

Worthwhile

I found this difficult at the outset, but persevered and the difference is amazing. I have bruxism (grind my teeth) wearing Myotape is helping. I felt claustrophobic with other brands, and will always buy the myotape style

Better sleep

Still very new to Myotape - have found the large size fits well. It’s very easy to put on and doesn’t feel uncomfortable at all. I’ve noticed that my sleep patterns have improved instantly and I’m waking up feeling much fresher - it’s also reduced (though not entirely eliminated) snoring which my wife is delighted about!! Would recommend giving it a go - it’s the only product out of the dozens I have tried which has had any impact on sleep and snoring!
