What size should I buy

All faces are different, however our guidance on sizing is:

  • Large

    For most men and circa 50% of women.

    Mouth Width greater than 52mm (2.05 inches)

  • Medium

    For more petite faces and teenagers

    Mouth Width between 47mm and 52mm (1.85 inches and 2.05 inches)

  • Small

    For children - older children

    Mouth Width less than 47mm (1.85 inches)

Pleasantly Surprised

I used a different brand of mouth tape and had a significant issue with it. My skin reacted badly to the tape. It took weeks to heal. I like the idea of mouth tape, but was unwilling to keep injuring my skin. Enter Myotape! I was thrilled to see there was an option that doesn't cover my sensitive lips but still does the job well. I am even more comfortable having my mouth uncovered but my lips held closed. Thank you!

Still deciding if medium or large size is best. However, it's pricey for everyday use as stickiness diminishes after wearing overnight. The bulletins that received weekly giving insights into wearing the tape, and other pearls of evidence to improve breathing is appreciated

Tried the Sample Pack

I ordered the sample pack because I wasn’t sure what size I needed. I’m glad I did because I would have ordered the wrong sized pack. I only tried it a couple times so far but it works exactly as it’s advertised.
