Myotape has made a huge difference to my husbands quality of sleep, it has minimised loud snoring leading to better quality sleep for everyone involved! I will definitely be ordering repeat packs, it is an essential part of the bedtime routine now.
A bit faffy at first to get the right stretch and fit. Watched the youtube video that showed the stretch should be more than 20-30%. Now I wake up less, snore less don't have a dry mouth during the night and need water, no more midnight and early morning trips to the loo. Now practising nasal breathing during the day and during exercise. Heart rate is lower, breathing is more measured and relaxed. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is a great product! My mouth stays closed at night and I no longer wake up with a dry mouth. I've also been sleeping more soundly since I started using Myotape. Since i catch myself mouth breathing during the day, I leave it on until I'm ready to leave the house in order to encourage nasal breathing in daytime as well.
I am not exaggerating that these have been life changing. I listened to a radio presenter who had an omg moment after trying mouth tape for one night. His reaction was so authentic, I didn’t need persuading to try them. Easy to order etc. And OMG, exactly tte same overwhelming experience the following morning. It completely transforms the quality of my sleep (so I must have been a mouth breather). I genuinely don’t know how I survived normal days with out the quality of sleep I get now.

I had no idea how different this brand of mouth tape is. It works great to help with my teeth clenching. I've also noticed improvements almost immediately in how my lower face looks from training the muscles.
Wearing the tape every night makes a big difference for my 4 year old, who's been snoring for months. It worked like magic to begin with a few weeks ago, but is less effective now, though I'm suspecting it might be because other underlying issues and not the tape. It caused a bad rash on his skin, but I was offered help and advice from Myotape team which solved the problem, really helpful! Would highly recommend!
Pros: I like that I can still open my mouth to take a sip of water or speak if I need to. I don't like tape on my lips, so these are great because they go around the lips while gently keeping them shut.
Con: A bit pricey, especially with shipping to Canada and having to pay in USD.
Not sure I'll be able to buy these all that often because of this.
Fit very well and do not come loose during sleep. Even with beard. Very comfortable.
This tape is amazing - more comfortable and less claustrophobic than surgical tape on the lips. You can still sip water and talk when worn. It definitely improves my sleep.
I have asthma and I find since I started wearing myotape that my sleep has improved - my mouth is not dry in the morning and I feel overall in much better health.

These tapes are great. I use them for training and they stay in position also when I’m very sweat. I don’t use for sleeping but I think they are great too
My Voice Therapist told me about this product. I love that my mouth is not covered with tape and I can still breathe if needed, and I don't feel claustrophobic when wearing them.
After recently learning just how many ways nose-breathing at night is essential to good health, I was eager to give MyoTape a try. It is definitely a different sensation to wear them, but after just a few days I was used to it and already noticing benefits in my health and energy! Even my husband seems to be sleeping better at night (though he claims my snoring was "cute" and that he needed it to fall asleep, I know better). Plus, now we can go on trips without my daughter waking me up to tell me to stop snoring, haha!
After getting used to having tape on my face, I realized I was feeling more energetic during the day and I attributed that to nose breathing thanks to Myotape.. my wife says she doesn’t hear the snoring anymore, thank you! Paul
I track my sleep data for interest as I hadn’t been sleeping well. Since using myotape my sleep has improved significantly and I generally feel more rested. I would highly recommend this to anyone especially those struggling with disruptive sleep.
Following a recommandation of my physio, I have been using myotape for 3 week-ends already. Its helping already. I hope I will finally breathe throught my mouth soon.
So far my sensitive skin is okay with the small sensitive myotape. Anyway its way more confortable than classic tape

I've tried so many mouth tapes and always quit due to discomfort etc. But the Myotape is completely different. It's comfortable, easy to apply and being able to open your mouth when needed is wonderful. My sleep has improved a lot since I started using Myotape
