All faces are different, however our guidance on sizing is:

    For most men and circa 50% of women.

    Mouth Width greater than 52mm (2.05 inches)

  • Medium

    For more petite faces and teenagers

Sleep is a lot better. I don’t waken up during the night as often as I used to. Easy to use and amazing comfortable. You don’t feel it at all after a few minutes. I’m going to continue using MyoTape!

Simple to use and effective

First time purchase of this product and I’m really happy with the results. They were bought following months of dry mouth and whilst it wasn’t preventing sleep, it was annoying.

The tape is easy to apply and stays on through the night. I mistakenly purchased the standard product, which means I have had to shave my beard. Will next try the MyoTape for beard users, which I’ve read is stickier.

I’ve slept well and feel rested with my breathing being primarily through the nose. Great product!

Better sleep

I definitely sleep better with mouth taping. Myotape is more comfortable to wear than other tapes I have tried and easier to remove with no skin irritation.

Well. It definitely helps.

Does not negate the problem but snoring is less violent and seems to not last as long. Husband says he sleeps a bit better. I do recommend and will reorder.
