All faces are different, however our guidance on sizing is:

  • Large

    For most men and circa 50% of women.

    Mouth Width greater than 52mm (2.05 inches)

  • Medium

    For more petite faces and teenagers

Sleeping so much better!

These have been a life changer! I never knew that I was a mouth breather and needed mouth tape until last month. My sleep quality has significantly improved and I’ve never felt more rested! I use it every night and it’s super comfortable! I can no longer sleep without these! Thank you so much!

I cannot do without it!

My wife Judy has been using a CPAP machine now for 15 years, and has always had trouble with the masks and hoses causing her to continually be "aware" that her mouth being slightly open - causes her to have an intermittent night's sleep.

Now, having found MyoTape fixes most of those issues, I purchased enough for her friends and family members to use and try. We "live on the road,", so accessing our medications monthly, has been a problem due to the new rules the Federal government has put in place around 6 monthly medication prescriptions.

Every month, our Pharmacy has to be told where to send our medications, and so I ordered a large amount of Myotape to make it less stressful ordering smaller lots.

My wife loves Myotape, as she has a very small nose, and so sealing her airflow was a problem. Not Now!! We have even been telling pharmacies about Myotape, as what they have on their shelves is a waste of money!

What a difference!!

Sleep so much better with mouth tape and it allows me to use only nasal pillows with CPap machine since it helps my mouth stay closed.

easy to use

really easy to use, I like the tension it creates on the lips with the ability to still open your mouth. I measured and need the width of the large, but the width of the bandage is too much for me on that, plus I need to try to sensitive skin ones - I wish they came in the trial package.
