All faces are different, however our guidance on sizing is:

    For most men and circa 50% of women.

    Mouth Width greater than 52mm (2.05 inches)

  • Medium

    For more petite faces and teenagers

The best mouth tape I've found

I've been a regular user for a couple of years, having tried a few other mouth tapes first. This is by far the most comfortable and easy to use. Unlike others it also lets you speak while wearing it, if you need to. One slight downside is that the new packaging, with individual backing instead of several Myotapes on a sheet of backing paper, is harder to separate.
