All faces are different, however our guidance on sizing is:

I purchased the MyoTape to help my mouth conserve saliva at night while sleeping. Due to having Sjogren's disease, my saliva glands are not working normally. I have noticed an increase in the moisture in my mouth upon waking in the mornings! I am experiencing mild, occasional itching where the tape comes in contact with my skin, but this is a personal sensitivity issue for me. Thank you for an aid to help with this uncomfortable autoimmune disease!

I have been using Myotape for over two years. Great product. Keeps the mouth closed when sleeping but for me importantly it allows you to sneeze as I’m falling asleep better than the other tapes that cover the mouth.
