All faces are different, however our guidance on sizing is:

    For most men and circa 50% of women.

    Mouth Width greater than 52mm (2.05 inches)

  • Medium

    For more petite faces and teenagers

    Mouth Width between 47mm and 52mm (1.85 inches and 2.05 inches)

    For children - older children

You owe it to yourself to try this !

Took me about a week to get the tape on with out making a complete mess of it but now, WOW, what a difference it makes being able to sip some water and not remove the tape ( game changer!)
Love this product, definitely buying more!

Gute Verarbeitung, funktioniert in der Version für Bartträger einwandfrei und ist meiner Meinung nach allen anderen Produkten auf dem Markt(vor allem ggüber den Chinesischen Immitaten) überlegen. Damit rechtfertigt es auch den recht hohen Preis.

I have sleep apnea. Using in conjunction with my more comfortable nasal cpap. Keeps my mouth closed so I don’t need a full mask.

They also work well by themselves to stop my snoring.
