All faces are different, however our guidance on sizing is:

Gute Verarbeitung, funktioniert in der Version für Bartträger einwandfrei und ist meiner Meinung nach allen anderen Produkten auf dem Markt(vor allem ggüber den Chinesischen Immitaten) überlegen. Damit rechtfertigt es auch den recht hohen Preis.

Great results

I have sleep apnea. Using in conjunction with my more comfortable nasal cpap. Keeps my mouth closed so I don’t need a full mask.

They also work well by themselves to stop my snoring.

Helping overcome mouth-breathing

I use the Myotape for people with beards and have done so for a year now. They have proved to be such a great help in encouraging me to breath through my nose at night, rather than my mouth This also helps while using the CPAP machine. I order three months supply at a time. My only small issue is that at least one or two of the 'tapes' per sheet won't stick around my mouth. There might be a corner of a tape without enough adhesive so I need to use another one as I know it won't stay on my face for the night. Overall, they have been a great help. I don't know what I would have done otherwise.
