Love the Fit

Trying mouth tape for the first time, I bought a year supply of the sensitive Myo tape. I’ve been using it for a week and I do feel like I’ve had a better sleep. I wake up feeling more refreshed, I haven’t felt that mid afternoon drop in energy either! I even have my 82 year old Mom trying mouth tape this week!!

mein Sohn und ich benutzen die Tape‘s seit ungefähr 3 Wochen und es klappt super. Ich benutze es ohne die Myobrace und mein Sohn mit der Myobrace. Beide Varianten gehen.
Das einzige ist das Abziehen am nächsten Morgen. Hier muss noch ein Trick finden, wie ich das Pflaster abziehe ohne die Haut zu sehr zu beanspruchen bzw. werde die sensitive von Mytape noch ausprobieren. Ansonsten top, ruhigeres Schlafen!
